Before producing my product, i had to prepare where i was filming, who i was filming with and what equipment id need to bring with me on shooting day. I Also had to outline any risks that could occur on set and find ways i could prevent them if they were to happen. This was to make sure i was prepared for any problems that i could run into during filming. I also had to get permissions from the owners of the land so they were aware i was going to film on their property and so i could get their permission to publish any content that would be filmed on their property. these are legal documents that would need to be filled in before i go onto production.

I created a contributor release form to get permissions from the owners of the land of Seaburn beach in order to get consent to take shots on the land to use for my campaign. This form also gave me permission to publicly publish any shots i take on the land. This also gives me the copyrights to the property so i therefore have the rights to use their property during the stated filming period.
This form gave me full permission for my cast and crew to use the land and property when required during the stated date and time period without requiring any further permissions. This also gives me permission to take any necessary equipment into the property in order to film any shots or footage for my project. By having them sign it i have full flexability to use the property during the stated time period
I created a Personnel list to plan who was going to be in my cast and crew. Since i am just taking a few still images I was working on my own and didn't have any additional people helping me film so i therefore didn't require additional people to help me film.
I created a Resource list so I could plan what equipment i needed to bring on the production day. This is so i was coming in on the day prepared and ready to film without forgetting anything. Since i was going out to a public location and i wasn't going to take long, i decided to use my phone to shoot with because I have an i phone 11 which has a night mode so if i take an image in a darker atmosphere the lens will brighten up the image so you can see whats going on in the image. Also the phone lets me zoom from different perspective so i can fill lots of things with it in the shot. I thought since it wasn't going to take long than bringing and setting up a camera wasn't necessary as a phone would be easier for the setting and environment.

I created a risk assessment form in order to take some safety precautions in advance by outlining any risks that could effect me or the environment on filming day. Wether these were likely or almost impossible to happen, i had to keep in mind that they could happen. I could then find ways to solve these problems ahead of time if these were to happen. the only main hazards that could effect the filming would be the poor wether resulting in a cold climate, i prevented this by looking at the weather forecast ahead of time and picking a day where the weather would be good. another hazard is that they could be some tripping hazards like an uneven curb or piece of land or even something been left on the floor which could result in me tripping over another problem is they could be a slippery surface if the waves have been splashing on the land it could make the ground wet and slippery. I will try to bypass this by picking a time of day where the sea is out. Since its a public beach there is a chance that there will be litter, but this is highly unlikely that this would ruin the shot.

Here in the risk assessment B form i outline the hazards and likelihood of them happening during filming. The most likely risk for fuming is lone working. This is because it is not necessary since I'm only taking still images. I don't think i need to control or prevent the situation as it won't take too long to get the shots, maybe 10 minutes if i am deciding on the angle, shot size and perspective of the shot. another thing is driving long distances although this isn't really going to affect me as i live within a 10 minute walking distance of the location so this isn't an issue. working in a workshop with tools is non applicable as i am not going to be working in a workshop so this really doesn't apply to me. one final thing to consider is trip hazards as there could be some steps, something left on the floor or an uneven curb which are all tripping hazards. This isn't likely to be a problem if i check where i am going before hand and i won't be moving very quick so if there's something in the way causing an issue i will most likely see it straight away, but it is important to cover and talk about any risks within the environment.
